We are looking for a junior resource for our marketing department based in Poland who can contribute to business development in the local market.

Your responsibilities will be:

• You will work closely with our headquarter Marketing Executive on the communication plan and positioning of Consitek Poland, on the lead generation activities and potential customer acquisition through LinkedIn, email campaigns and networking events.

• · You will be responsible for the translation of all Polish-language marketing content related to social channels, website and campaigns.

• Sales Navigator will be your main ‘friend’, allowing you to identify and intercept key figures including CEOs, CFOs and CIOs on all target companies, with the aim of scheduling an initial meeting.

• You will track and manage contacts in our CRM system and your focus will be feeding the acquisition pipeline and building valuable relationships with prospects.

• You will acquire and develop process skills on ERP and Analytics products.

• You may have the opportunity to support the team in organizing and participating in events to support business development.

 

Who are we looking for?

• Graduating student in Marketing or related courses with valid student ID

• Native speaker of Polish is mandatory

• Excellent knowledge of English;

• Nice to have: knowledge of the Italian language;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Curiosity, research and in-depth study skills;

• Listening abilities, enthusiasm and goal-oriented approach will make you the ideal candidate for us!
