Consitek was founded on a simple conviction: technology only truly works when it understands the trade of the people using it.

We work every day on Oracle NetSuite, Oracle JD Edwards, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform, with operating offices in Italy, Switzerland and Poland, serving local and international clients. We are an Oracle Partner, a NetSuite Solution Provider and a Microsoft Partner.

Our team brings together senior profiles with twenty years of process experience and new talent that brings a fresh perspective. Putting them to work together creates a mix of method and curiosity that lets us support Italian, Swiss and Polish companies — as well as international groups with a local presence — on ERP, BI and automation projects that stand the test of time.

The history of the group
Founded in 2012 with the aim of providing services and solutions based on the best cloud applications available on the market.
Consitek is made up of a team of 50 professionals operating directly from its offices in Saronno, Chiasso and Warsaw.
2012
Foundation and partnership with Oracle
Consitek is founded with the aim of bringing genuine expertise to management systems. The early years focus on Oracle JD Edwards on the ERP side and Oracle BI Enterprise on the analytics side.
The first office outside Italy. Chiasso becomes the base for the Swiss market and for groups with companies on both sides of the border, with skills dedicated to local compliance.
2017
Opening of the Swiss office
2018
Partnership with Oracle NetSuite
After evaluating several cloud ERP solutions, the choice falls on NetSuite. A training investment plan begins: the platform is implemented within the group's companies and the Italian localization is created.
2023
Innovative SME
Recognition as an innovative SME certifies what was already our way of working: constant investment in research and development, proprietary products and continuous training on cloud platforms.
2024
Opening of Consitek Poland
Warsaw joins Saronno and Chiasso. The third office broadens the pool of technical skills and makes it possible to follow international roll-outs with a direct presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
2025
Launch of Vigilia Cyber
Vigilia Cyber is founded, the group company dedicated to information security: a specialist unit supporting ERP projects on data protection and business continuity.
2026
AI NAVIGATOR
The positioning shifts from cloud to AI Enhancement. Artificial intelligence enters the processes and systems we already know inside out: in delivery, in the CTK products and in supporting clients to understand where it delivers real value.
