Claude
Claude is the family of artificial intelligence models developed by Anthropic, available both as an assistant for working teams and as a platform on which to build applications. At Consitek we use it internally for functional analysis, development and project documentation, and we propose it to companies that intend to introduce an AI assistant into a professional context with confidentiality and governance requirements.
The platform's positioning is specific: the ability to reason over extensive documentation and technical material, adherence to complex instructions, and the capacity to operate on company data within controlled environments. Anthropic frames its research work around model safety, an element that guided our choice.
Our scope covers enablement, plan sizing, configuration of the working environments, integration with existing systems and support for the teams: a single point of reference throughout the journey, from activation to measured adoption.
The models
The family comprises three profiles: one intended for complex reasoning, one balanced for day-to-day operations, one optimised for speed and high volumes. Selection is made by type of task without changing platform. The models also remain accessible through the major cloud providers — Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Foundry — where the corporate infrastructure is already established on one of them.
The assistant within working processes
Web, desktop and mobile applications with Projects: dedicated environments in which to consolidate documents, instructions and recurring context, so that no activity has to start from scratch. The most frequent areas of application are tender specifications, contracts, internal procedures, functional analyses, minutes and proposal documentation.
Integration with corporate systems
Through connectors you can extend Claude indefinitely by giving it access to your data sources: file systems, document repositories, collaboration tools, management systems. This is the point of contact with our expertise in ERP and BI processes: answers are grounded in the organisation's own data rather than in generic knowledge.
Development and automation
On the technical side Claude operates within the codebase and the development workflows; via API it integrates into applications for data extraction from documents, classification, content generation and agents able to execute sequences of operations. It is the component with which we build the intelligent automations in our clients' projects.
Governance and security
The plans intended for organisations provide unified access through SSO, centralised management of users and permissions, activity traceability and administrative controls. Work content does not feed model training: this is the precondition for handling confidential material.

Claude is part of our delivery process and more besides: we employ it on the analysis, development and documentation of ERP, BI and Power Platform projects. Our discussions with clients are therefore based on criteria already tested in practice: in which areas its use is worthwhile, where it is preferable to address the process first, which information should be made accessible and which should remain excluded.
