NetSuite AI Suite CTK is our suite of stand-alone applications developed inside Oracle NetSuite. The idea is simple: there are tasks in NetSuite that users repeat every day with small variations, where AI makes a difference — but only if it lives inside the tool, knows the contextual data, and follows the client's process rules.

Two concrete examples already available. Lead Enrichment AI Agent — automatically enriches lead data in NetSuite: it actively researches the web, retrieves relevant information (industry, size, growth signals) and populates a dedicated dashboard. Customer Payment Anomaly Detection AI Agent — analyzes customers' payment behavior, identifies anomalies and risk signals, and collects them to support collections.
